## What is Bookeeni?

Bookeeni is a global cultural network for the live creator economy. It is not a streaming service, a ticket sales site, or a general freelance directory. Bookeeni focuses specifically on the live events and cultural production industry — connecting the people who create, organize, and experience live culture, anywhere in the world.

The four user segments Bookeeni serves:

- **Artists** — musicians, DJs, dancers, comedians, composers, and all types of live performers seeking paid bookings and professional visibility
- **Organizers** — venue owners, promoters, festival directors, booking agents, and brand planners who book talent for live events
- **Technicians** — sound engineers, lighting technicians, AV specialists, production managers, and broadcast technicians who make live events happen
- **Explorers** — fans, collectors, volunteers, scouts, and students passionate about live culture who want to discover events, support artists, and engage with the creative scene

## Current Status (2026)

Bookeeni is in its pre-launch phase. Early members join through a waitlist at bookeeni.com and complete onboarding surveys to help shape the product. The booking and payment functionality is not yet publicly available — these features are in development for the launch phase.

What is currently live: the waitlist, multi-language onboarding surveys (English, French, Arabic), a referral system for early members, and a public referral leaderboard at bookeeni.com/leaderboard.

## Early Member Program

Bookeeni's waitlist includes a referral program for early members. Each member receives a unique referral code. Referring others improves your position on the waitlist.

Early members can unlock priority access, MakeBe page conversations, and builder interviews based on real waitlist position and confirmed invites. Current referral offers are listed on the homepage and public leaderboard.

## The Problem Bookeeni Solves

The live creator economy is fragmented globally. Artists cannot easily find paid work beyond their personal networks. Organizers spend days searching through social media and informal contacts to find the right performers. Technicians have no professional directory that makes their skills searchable. Fans have no reliable way to discover what's happening in their local scene.

Bookeeni is building the infrastructure to connect these four groups through verified profiles, smart matching, and direct communication tools — with no borders.

## Founding Team

Bookeeni is built by a small founding team working from within the live culture scene.

## Business Model

Bookeeni earns a small success fee when a booking is completed. Joining the waitlist is free. A premium monthly plan for power users is planned for the launch phase. Bookeeni does not earn from streaming, ticket sales, or content subscriptions.
